Sister Rita Elizabeth Moon, S.C., (Sister Elizabeth Regina), a member of the Sisters of Charity for 68 years, died Jan. 10 at Frances Schervier Nursing Care Center in the Bronx. She was 89.
Her only assignment in the Brooklyn Diocese was as a second and third grade teacher at St. Paul’s on Court St., Cobble Hill, from 1957 to 1961.
Burial was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
